Experience
To gain experience in a trade, such as an electrician, an apprenticeship program must occur before the individual qualifies as a journeyman. A PARACCOUNTANT trainee is required to perform a specified number of hours/tasks to complete their training.
These hours/tasks include a minimum of 4,000 hours (2 years) doing the books for a service, merchandising and/or manufacturing organization(s), creation of monthly financial statements that reflect the true financial position and performance of the company and year-end financial statements that require adjustments for only the accountant's fees and taxes payable.
NOTE: Prior experience qualifies, but proof of this experience must be provided through a third party (Employer, Company Accountant, Professional Accountant, etc.)
